π What is Tandoori Chicken?
Tandoori Chicken is a dish where chicken pieces are marinated in a spiced yogurt mix and traditionally cooked in a tandoor (clay oven). But donβt worry β you can make it just as delicious in your oven, air fryer, or even on a simple tawa.
π Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

500g bone-in chicken (drumsticks or leg quarters work best)

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp turmeric
First Marinade (15 mins):

Rub lemon juice, salt, and turmeric on chicken and set aside.
Second Marinade:

1/2 cup thick curd (hung curd preferred)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp red chili powder (Kashmiri chili for color)

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste
