📋 Ingredients:
For the Marinade:

500g boneless chicken (cut into medium cubes)

1/2 cup thick curd (hung curd or Greek yogurt)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp mustard oil (or any oil)

Salt to taste

A pinch of orange-red food color (optional)
For Garnish:

1. Marinate the Chicken
